Returns & Exchanges

At Ro&Zo, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all brand tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
